Mercury opened in 1953 as a mailing services provider, expanding our offerings to include literature and product fulfillment in 1966. In 1974 Mercury purchased the historic Blodgett Orswell Thread mill building, a glazed thread manufacturer founded in 1887, and immediately began a comprehensive program of restoration and repair. The move ushered a modernization of the company, as services increased to meet the needs of our growing customer base. Technology continues to drive our expansion.
